Spa Etiquette

What to Wear
Robes and slipper service are available during all treatments, your body will be fully draped, except for the area being worked on.

Personal Belongings
Please leave valuables at home as we are not responsible for lost or stolen items.

Age Restrictions
Guests under the age of 16 are eligible to receive facial treatments and nail care, but only when accompanied by their parent or legal guardian.

Arrival
Enjoy a refreshment as you relax and prepare for your treatment. First time guests must fill out a personal health profile. This profile will outline information that will enable your therapist to provide you with the most appropriate and effective service possible. Please let your therapist know if you have any special physical or medical needs, conditions, or considerations. Late arrivals could result in a corresponding reduction in the time of your treatment. Your treatment will end on time so that the next guest will not be delayed and can benefit from the full value of their treatment.
Cellular phones are discouraged, and must be on silent while on spa premises.

Cancellation Policy
We would appreciate your understanding and cooperation when it comes to cancelling your appointment. If you have booked a treatment and need to cancel it, you must notify us at least 24 hours in advance. The Group and Party cancellation policy requires notification 72 hours in advance of the booking.
A $20 fee will be applied for appointments cancelled with less than 24 hour notice.
No shows/missed appointments are also subject to a $20 dollar fee.
